Vendor Managed (VMI)/Consigned Inventory

Working with their strategic supply base, Banneker allows some of their established Customers to take advantage of consignment or flexible payment scenarios. This model simply translates into Customer’s having the product they need available when they need it, but not paying for it until it is received at their facility. Not only does this solution greatly improve cash flow, but it also presents the opportunity for volume discounts by leveraging spend across multiple business units. Programs or value streams providing enhanced visibility into Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) utilize this offering to mitigate many of the risks that are typically associated with ownership.

 

Kit/Program Specific Builds

Clients also turn to Banneker for quick-turn, spares management or limited production kits. Starting with just a Bill of Materials and associated drawings, Banneker takes the lead in sourcing, validation, cost evaluation, procurement, vendor management, inspection, kitting, packaging and final delivery – all at one firm fixed price.
