Conversely, Banneker’s Onsite Services initiate after conversations with the Customer to better understand their motivations and desired end state. Then a detailed analysis of the Customer's current work flows and value streams is done to assess inefficiencies, fail points and direct/indirect areas for improvement. Banneker then develops a long and short-term staffing plan that meets their Customer’s immediate needs while planning for medium and long-term process improvements and cost reduction strategies. Once approved, Banneker installs an Onsite Team whose sole focus is to make the Customer’s business achieve core objectives more efficiently and cost effectively. This includes Banneker-furnished ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma training with mandatory continuous improvement projects tied to compensation.

Using this methodological approach, Banneker’s Clients are typically rewarded with a 20-30% overhead reduction, quality improvements, reduced cycle times, substantial increase in workforce flexibility and reduced risk.
