Banneker Industries is qualified in Zones 1 & 4 for the Functional Service Area of Supply and Provisioning Support (by Navy definition):

This functional area consists of applying the analytical and technical disciplines required to ensure that fielded warfighting capabilities are materially sustained.
The principal objectives of this functional area are to:

  1. ensure that material for operation and maintenance of warfighter systems is available when required,
  2. that materials are properly stored and transported,
  3. and inventories are managed in a cost effective manner to sustain supported systems

Our IBQMS establishes the methods by which we conduct quality assurance activities that concentrate on preventing performance problems through continuous monitoring and evaluation of program-specific processes, products, and services including those produced by our subcontractors.

Our robust processes ensure that fielded warfighting capabilities are materially sustained on time, every time. Our entire Team adheres to processes and metrics established through our Integrated Business and Quality Management System (IBQMS) all while instilling continuous improvement efforts throughout our corporation, and result in our Customers’ success and satisfaction.

Banneker has established a culture of quality and continuous improvement leveraging tools like Lean Six Sigma to continually experience gains in performance and quality thereby reducing waste and improving mission success that ultimately benefits our customers.
